Online Purchases
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Most items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted unless covered by manufacturer warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
Strings, reeds, harmonicas, recorders, and other personal/hygiene-sensitive items
Gift cards
Special orders and custom items
Clearance or “final sale” products
Instruments that have been modified after purchase
Return Authorization Required
Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any items.
Include your RA# and original packing slip in the return box.
Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Condition of Returns
Must be returned in the same condition as shipped, including original packaging, manuals, accessories, and no signs of significant use, wear, scratches, or damage.
Items not meeting these standards may be denied or subject to a reduced refund.
Restocking Fee
Up to 10%, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use insured, tracked shipping.
Art & Music is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Defective or shipping-error items: return shipping is covered by Art & Music.
Refund Processing
Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase if the item is in original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
