  • Yes! At Art & Music in Redmond, OR, we offer professional restring and setup services for a variety of stringed instruments.

    All instrument setups include:

    • New strings installation

    • Cleaning and fretboard conditioning

    • Full adjustment for optimal playability and tone

    Please note: We do not offer instrument repair services.

    Whether you play guitar, bass, or another stringed instrument, our knowledgeable staff can guide you through choosing the perfect set of strings.

  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

    • Used instruments and gear are final sale and non-returnable.

    • Microphones and headphones are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

    • Feature Artist Items are non-returnable.
